Facility-requested visit·October 22, 2021

There are three sinks in 2 Infant rooms 1 and 2, along with 8 more sinks in the facility. There are 3 potty chairs in room # 2 for older infants and age appropriate 9 toilets in the facility. Outdoor activity area: Facility has a designated infant yard and it is completely fenced with green carpet all over making the outer surface safe, age appropriate outdoor activity toys were observed with the required shade on the Infant yard. Older infants walk to the play yard from their classroom and a wagon is used for younger infants in Room # 1.. Infant yard was measured today Infant yard: 46’17 X 39’67 = 1831’56 Total outdoor activity space: 1831’56 divided by 75 = 24’42 (24 children) Based on today's inspection facility has enough indoor space for the requested capacity of 38 I nfants in Room # 1 and 2 but limited outdoor space. Facility shall request a Waiver for a rotating schedule between the infant rooms. Administrator Ms. Anderson, Misty is current on the required Pediatric CPR/First aid training, valid up to 7/2023. Orange county Fire Authority has granted the required clearance. License for 38 Infants age 6 weeks to 24 months in Room # 1 and 2, Monday to Friday 6:30 AM- 6:00 PM shall be granted after the final approval by the management. Report was read to the Facility Administrator and appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit posted.
