What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Stacy Torrence conducted a Case Management visit to the facility to remeasure the facility\342\200\231s preschool and toddler option classrooms. LPA met with Michelle Mote, Director and toured the facility. Census was taken. There were 31 preschool children being supervised by four staff, and six toddler option children, being supervised by one staff. A review of criminal record clearances indicates that all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse index clearances or exemptions. Indoor Activity Space Remeasurements: Room # 1: 746 sqft Room #3: 363 sqft Room# 4: 363 sqft Room# 5(Toddler): 247 sqft. Choir Room: 439 sqft. Total 2,158 sqft divided by 35 = 62 children During today\342\200\231s inspection, the facility was in compliance with the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, no deficiency was cited. An Inspection and exit interview were completed with facility representative. The report was reviewed and discussed. Appeal Rights was discussed. The facility representative was provided a copy of their appeal rights (LIC 9058) and their signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights. All appeals must be in writing and received by the Regional Office within 15 business days. The facility representative was informed that the \342\200\234Notice of Site Visit\342\200\235 must be posted for 30 consecutive days. The \342\200\234Notice of Site Visit\342\200\235 must be posted on or adjacent to the door. Failure to post will result in Civil Penalties of $100.00.
