This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPAs observations on 02/01/22 & 03/02/22 for a total of 3 staff not wearing masks and interviews conducted . current mandate by the CA Dept. of Public Health is for all individuals age 2 and up to wear a mask indoors.
