101226 Health-Related Services (c) The licensee shall obtain emergency medical treatment without specific instructions from the child's authorized representative if the authorized representative cannot be reached immediately, or if the nature of the child's illness or injury is such that there should be no delay in getting medical treatment for the child. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews conducted it was determined that (C1) was unresponsive due to hitting their head on the concrete floor. The facility did not call 911 until the parent requested the facility to do so.
