What the inspector wrote

Language Translation Services completed with Korean Translator ID# 5648143. In conjunction with another inspection on 12/16/2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA)s Deschampe and Nunez arrived at the facility at 9:45 AM. LPAs entered the facility and were met by licensee, An Sook Suh. LPAs explained the purpose for the case management-deficiencies inspection. LPAs were guided on a tour of the facility with the following census: 78 children with 9 staff. A review of the Facility Personnel Report Summary conducted on this date, 12/16/2025 indicates all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse index clearances or exemptions. During today's inspections, LPAs observed from approximately 9:40AM-12:00PM all 78 children present today were in the child care center and all 9 staff were in the chapel to practice for the holiday event, which is not within licensing conditions. Per record review, LPAs reviewed facility sketch and confirmed the chapel is not included on the license. Per license, " IN ROOMS: PEACE, WISDOM, VISION, JOY, FAITH, AND HOPE." After the inspection, the following deficiency was observed and is being cited on the attached LIC 809-D in accordance with California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22 Division 12 Chapter 1: CCR Section 101161(a) Limitations on Capacity (LIC 809-D). Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, An Sook Suh. Appeal Rights were discussed with licensee. The licensee was provided a copy of the appeal rights (LIC 9058 ) and their signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights. All appeals must be in writing and received by the Regional Office within 15 business days. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days. The “Notice of Site Visit” must be posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door to the facility. Failure to post will result in Civil Penalties of $100.00. End of report.
