What the inspector wrote

On 9/12/2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), S. Jung and K. Trinh conducted an unannounced visit to the facility and conducted a Case Management - Deficiencies visit. LPAs met with Assistant Director, Mariana Cashion, and explained the reason for the visit. LPAs were led on a tour of the facility and observed a total of 30 preschool children and four (4) preschool staff. A review of the Facility Personnel Report Summary on this date indicates all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse index clearances or exemptions. During today\342\200\231s inspection the facility was operating within its licensed capacity and within compliance of staffing ratios. Based on interview with Assistant Director and record review, LPAs found that Child 1/C1, Child 2/C2, and Child 3/C3 did not have complete children's records for review. Assistant Director confirmed that C1, C2, and C3 have begun attending the facility without complete records; see LIC 809D for deficiency. Report was reviewed with Assistant Director, Mariana Cashion, and a Notice of Site Visit was given which must remain posted for 30 days. End of report.
