Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that, the facility did not conduct a disaster drill within the last six months, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

This requirement is not met eveidenced by: Based on interviews and record reviews, C2 and C3 had multiple incident reports, in which, both C2 and C3 exhibited aggressive behaviors towards others for approximately 1-2 years while attending facility, and facility did not have a plan to timely address and assist C2 and C3 in managing the challenging behaviors. This posed a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights to the children in care.
