What the inspector wrote

On 6/20/2025 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Olivia Meza and Anna Chan conducted a case management inspection. The licensee is requesting to re inspect the Preschool Playground. LPAs met the the Assistant Director Lillie Macdonald and was led on a tour of the facility. There were 97 preschool children in care and 12 staff. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm. Preschool playground was inspected and measured. The playground is enclosed by a fence at least four (4) feet in height. The cushioning material used for the climbing structure is turf with cushioning material under, there is also a sand box area and a paved area for bikes. The square footage is sufficient enough to accommodate licensed capacity. Per title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were cited. The following corrections are needed: 1. Plan of operation to ensure age-appropriate usage of playground area (playground structure is for ages 5 -12 years of age) Re-opening of preschool playground may be granted after a final file review. Exit interview conducted. Report was reviewed and discussed with Assistant Director, Lillie Macdonald Notice of Site Visit and shall be posted for 30 days from today's date.
