What the inspector wrote

On 10/17/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Olivia Meza conducted an initial case management inspection to follow up on a self reported unusual incident that was submitted to CCL Regional Licensing Office on 10/15/2025. LPA Met with the Assistant Head of School, Lillie Mcdonald and was led on a tour of the facility, and census was taken: LPA observed 104 preschool children and 13 Staff members. According to Lillie Mcdonald, the Assistant Head of School, The unusual incident occurred on 10/08/25 stating that Staff one (S1) was concerned about personal rights of Child one (C1). During today's inspection, LPA Meza conducted classrooms observations, interviews with staff, children, and parent. Three (3) out of three (3) staff interviewed stated that they did not observe a violation of personal rights for Child one (C1). Staff two (S2) stated that there was an investigation conducted that has no current evidence or proof that the incident on 10/08/2025 did occur. LPA collected documentation of Staff meeting agenda of personal rights to be conducted. LPA collected documentation of meeting with Staff four (S4) on the date of 10/14/2025 in regards to the incident that occurred on 10/08/2025. LPA reviewed and collected documentation of staff statements, conducted interviews with staff, and reviewed the incident report submission. No deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Assistant Head of School, Lillie Mcdonald.
