What Happened

Annual inspection of infant care center found prohibited baby equipment in use and one staff member missing required health screening documentation. A baby bouncer was observed in the napping area and a baby walker in the outdoor playground. One of four staff was missing the health screening form LIC503. All other areas reviewed were compliant with staffing ratios, safety requirements, and documentation.
