Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Dean Thompson conducted an on-site inspection for the purpose of a Case Management Incident Inspection on 5/27/2026. LPA met with facility representative Angelica Monzon then toured the facility inside and outside. Census was taken, there were 56 preschool-age children with seven staff and five toddlers with one staff. A review of the Facility Personnel Report Summary conducted on today’s date indicates all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse index clearances or exemptions. Today's Case Management inspection is being conducted in response to a self reported incident, reported to the OC CCL office on 5/26/2026, detailing child #1 (C1), personal rights. During today's visit, LPA obtained the Children’s Roster. Additional information is needed to complete this investigation. No deficiencies were observed of the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12 at the time of the visit. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with facility representative Angelica Monzon. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
