What the inspector wrote

The OCRO investigated the complaint alleging: Facility staff handled children in rough manner. Based on interviews conducted, LPA’s observation, and documents received the allegation is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED . Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there was not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director,Jamie Luu and Dominique Coccio. (end of report)
