What the inspector wrote

The Department received a complaint on 07/03/24 alleging the facility does not have a director. On 07/9/24, LPA interview three (3) staff. All three staff stated the facility has a director. On 07/11/2024, the facility administrator stated they notified the Department about the change of Director in the facility. Interview with Parents: On 7/10/2024, the LPA called fifteen (15) parents. LPA reached three (3) parents, none of the parents interviewed disclosed any information that could support the allegation. No deficiency cited. Based on observation, interviews conducted, and records reviewed,although the allegation may or may not have happened, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met, therefore the above allegation was found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with Teacher Damarys Chihuaque , Notice of Site Visit was posted during the visit. The director was informed that the notice of the site visit must be posted for 30 consecutive days. Failure to post will result in civil penalties of $100.
