What the inspector wrote

An informal office meeting was conducted in the Orange Regional Office on 01/28/2025 at 2:00 PM. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Anna Chan and Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Martha Malane met with Licensee Representative, Binbin \342\200\234Vicky\342\200\235 Zhao. The purpose of the informal meeting was to discuss violation for 101161(a) Limitations on Capacity in August 2024 and 101416.5(b) Staff-Infant Ratio in June 2024. LPA provided licensee representative a copy of the regulations. Licensee representative stated their plan to maintain compliance is by keeping an open communication with staff for the well-being of the children. Licensee representative stated Damarys Chuhuaque is the current director of the facility. When the director is not present, there is a qualified teacher who will take responsibility for the facility. LPA Chan provided resources for Technical Support Program (TSP). Licensee representative will let LPA know whether to accept a referral for TSP after they discuss with the licensee. Exit interview conducted with Licensee Representative, Binbin \342\200\234Vicky\342\200\235 Zhao who stated they are in agreement with the above. Appeal Rights were discussed, the facility representative was provided a copy of their appeal rights (LIC 9058). All appeals must be in writing and received by the Regional Office within 15 business days. End of Report
