On 8/21/2024, LPA made an unannounced visit to the facility. LPA interviewed staff and obtained documents pertinent to the investigation. Director provided LPA the children\342\200\231s roster and parent handbook. All staff interviewed did not corroborate the allegations listed above. On 8/22/2024, LPA interviewed parents. All parents interviewed did not corroborate the allegations listed above. On 9/27/2024, LPA made an unannounced visit to the facility. LPA conducted record reviews and interviewed additional staff members, including current and former staff. The Orange County Regional Child Care Licensing Office has investigated the complaints alleging (1) Facility is operating out of ratio, (2) Staff did not prevent the daycare children from having access to a harmful material: although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there was not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. No deficiencies cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Maha Beydoun.
