Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Romy Castanon conducted a Case Management visit to the facility to remeasure the facility’s toddler option playground. LPA met with Executive Director Nicole Anderson and toured the playground. Director Karen Villanueva-Diaz was also present during today’s visit. There were 96 children and 12 staff present during today's visit on existing license numbers 304371170 & 304371171. This is a single license conversion and existing license numbers will be consolidated after licensure. During pre licensing visit on 03/21/2025, LPA measured potential space for toddler yard. Applicant added additional aluminum fencing to separate the preschool playground. Based on today's new measurements, LPA remeasured toddler playground that now totals 1,307.25 square feet which will accommodate requested capacity for toddler option children. New preschool playground measures 6,942.75 square feet. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Executive Director Nicole Anderson. End of Report
