On 10/08/2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) R. Castanon and A. Silva conducted a Case Management due to ongoing preparations to facility. LPA Castanon and Silva met with Director Christine Hagerup. The applicant is asking to be licensed for 28 infants ages 6 weeks to 24 months in rooms 2 & 3, 18 toddler option children ages 18 to 36 months in room 4 and 36 preschool children ages 2.5 to 6 years old in rooms 1 & 5. LPA\342\200\231s toured the indoor and outdoor facility with Director. Director stated that there is still ongoing construction for additional sinks throughout the facility. LPAs informed the Director that playground waivers will be needed to share the space and staggered schedule usage. LPAs answered all physical plant questions for Director. LPA informed Director Christine that a prelicensing visit will need to be rescheduled when the facility\342\200\231s construction and preparations have been completed. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Christine Hagerup. Appeal rights were also provided.
