On 04/21/2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) R. Castanon and S. Jung conducted a Case Management due to physical plant changes to facility. LPAs met with Applicants Rachel Ragsdale-Vazquez and Luis Vazquez. LPAs conducted a prelicensing visit on 04/09/2026 and a follow-up visit for corrections on 04/16/2026. Applicants were informed of options regarding restroom usage to accommodate requested capacity. Applicants stated a new entrance will be created for preschool children to have direct access to Restroom 2 instead of walking through staff kitchen or private elementary class. LPAs observed new entry way for safety and compliance. The new entrance is across from Room 4 and leads into the hallway between the staff kitchen and Private Elementary Room 5. LPAs observed a latch on the inside of kitchen swinging door to make the area inaccessible to children. There is also a baby gate in the restroom hallway to ensure Room 5 is inaccessible to preschool children. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Applicants Rachel Ragsdale-Vazquez and Luis Vazquez.
