What the inspector wrote

On 6/19/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Matthew Gallo met with licensee Robyn Lowry to conduct a case management visit. Upon arrival, LPA observed a census of 7 children consisting of 5 preschool children, 1 school aged child, and 1 infant. During today's visit, LPA amended the report from a visit conducted on 6/6/2025 to correct the LIC9099D deficiency page. Previously, four citations were issued based on four allegations of a complaint investigation found to be substantiated. The LIC9099D has been amended to condense the findings for the four allegations into two citations. An exit interview was conducted and the reports were reviewed with the facility representative, Robin Lowry. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
