What the inspector wrote

Centralized Application Bureau (CAB) Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Arianna Manabat met with the Site Supervisor Facility Wendy Murdoch for the purpose of a case management - licensee initiated inspection. The Applicant requests a decrease in capacity from 56 to 28 school age children. The program operates Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM and (On minimum days, opens back up at 11:55AM) on regular days 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM. LPA Manabat has not obtained the fire clearance for the facility at this time. INDOOR ACTIVITY SPACE: The new configuration of classrooms is as follows: Modular 2 was removed from the facility and Modular 1 will be the only portable used for the school-age component. The applicant is aware that, if they choose to use a different room in the future, they would need to contact licensing prior to any changes. Modular 1 measures for 983.40 sqft. The total square footage of these classrooms will accommodate the requested capacity of 28 school-age children. LPA Manabat observed a total of 2 sinks and one toilet in the portable. The site supervisor states that the are additional restrooms located on campus for student and staff use. LPA observed a sufficient amount of equipment, toys, tables, chairs, and cubbies. Prior to licensure, LPA Manabat needs the following items: 1. Pending Licensing Program Manager (LPM) approval. 2. Fire Clearance from the site.
