Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with licensing representative Taberah Spiers for an unannounced Licensee Initiated Case Management Inspection. The purpose of today\342\200\231s inspection was to inspect room 104 which is being added to the license. Room 104 will be utilized for the facility\342\200\231s kindergarten program. Upon arrival, LPA observed 12 children supervised by two staff. LPA observed sufficient child size tables, chairs, and storage. LPA observed a variety of age-appropriate equipment. A first-aid kit is available. Water is the room was previously tested for lead with the rest of the facility. A fire clearance was granted on 11/25/2025. Effective today, facility is licensed to provide care for children ages 2 years old through first grade, in rooms 104, 105, 106, 107, 111, 113, and 114 and the gymnasium. This report was reviewed with the licensing representative Taberah Spiers. LPA provided a Notice of Site Visit, which must remain posted for 30 days.
