On January 20, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst Stephanie Piring (LPA)met with Facility Representative Lisa Nadeau to conduct an unannounced case management inspection. Upon LPAs arrival there were no children in care. Facility Site Coordinator arrived during LPAs visit and met with LPA. Today's case management inspection is to follow up on a self-reported incident in which a child sustained an elbow injury after falling off the bottom step of the play structure. During today's inspection, LPA interviewed staff, and observed the play structure. LPA observed the play structure at the public park to the left of the facility accommodates ages 5-12 years old. LPA observed the facilities supervision plan while out at the park and concluded there was adequate supervision. No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. An exit interview was conducted and a notice of site visit was provided and must be posted where visible to parents for 30 days.
