What the inspector wrote

On Tuesday, September 3, 2024, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Lea Habtom met with Site Supervisor Sofia Ramirez, for the purpose of a case management inspection. Upon arrival, LPA observed a census of 38 school age children being supervised by 4 staff and the Site Supervisor in the foyer and the multipurpose room. The program is located on Lincoln Crossing Elementary School. All individuals subject to criminal background review have obtained criminal record clearance to the STAR Oakhills #313600444. The facility is requesting to add room H101 keeping the capacity at 250. The room is equipped with storage space with hangers. The school age children utilize the bathrooms and the school playground on campus. Measurements were not taken during today's inspection as this is a school age program operating on a school campus. Children bring their own labeled water bottles both inside and outside. There was a functioning carbon monoxide detector. A fire clearance was granted by Lincoln Fire Department on August 30, 2024, to utilize room H101. Based on today's inspection, there were no deficiencies cited. Effective September 3, 2024, the facility is granted to utilize the foyer, multipurporse room, the library and room H101. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days. This report was reviewed with Site Supervisor, Sofia Ramirez.
