What the inspector wrote

On Thursday, August 28, 2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Lea Habtom and Mandie Goodwin arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced case management inspection. LPAs meet with licensee, Kimberly Denniston. There were 11 preschool children being supervised by 2 staff and the licensee. All staff present today have fingerprint clearances and associations. A deficiency was issued during the last inspection on, August 18, 2025, for not adhering to the capacity on the license. The purpose of today's inspection is to confirm the licensee is operating in the capacity of license. During today's inspection, licensee had 11 preschool children. Licensee stated she reduce the enrollment and has a group of about 11 and 12 children in each session. Based on today's inspection, LPAs has cleared the deficiency issued on August 18, 2025, and provided the licensee with a plan of correction. No Title 22 regulations were cited during today's inspection. This report was reviewed with licensee, Kimberly Denniston. A notice of site visit was provided to be posted for 30 days. Appeal rights provided.
