What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with facility representative Marci Pilgrim for an unannounced Case Management Inspection regarding an Unusual Incident Report. LPA observed 26 infants supervised by seven staff staff members. It was reported that 05/10/2024, a child received what is believed to be a second degree burn to their foot while in care. During today\342\200\231s inspection LPA conducted interviews with staff and gathered photos and information regarding the incident. Further investigation is needed before a determination can be made. LPA conducted an exit interview with facility representative Marci Pilgrim, and provided a notice of site visit that should remain posted for 30 days.
