What the inspector wrote

On Thursday, April 11, 2024 Licensing Program Analsyts (LPAs) Lea Habtom and Tanya Washington arrived at 821 Sterling Parkway Suite 200, Lincoln, CA 95648 for a case management inspection. The purpose of today’s inspection is to confirm that the director/owner Paolo Sarmiento has cleared the citation issued on April 3, 2024, for not having qualified staff in the preschool room and for having a staff member present with no fingerprint clearance. LPAs reviewed staff transcripts and verified that there are 3 qualified staff supervising the children in care and confirmed that the staff member previously cited for fingerprint clearances has been cleared and associated. LPAs have cleared the deficiencies. There was a census of 25 preschool and 1 school age child being supervised by 5 staff. All staff have fingerprint clearances and associations. This report was reviewed with director/owner Paolo Sarmiento. A notice of site visit was provided to be posted for 30 days. Appeal rights provided.
