What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gagandeep Singh met with the facility representative, Michelle Zemlicka, to investigate and deliver the findings of the complaint for the above allegation. During the investigation, LPA inspected all classrooms. During the observation and the director’s interview, it was found that some of the staff and some of the children wear masks, but not all. LPA explained the requirements from the Department of Public Health and provided a print out of the website. Based on LPAs observations and interviews which were conducted, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. See next page for technical assistance provided today. Copy of this report is reviewed and provided to the facility representative. Notice of site visit is posted and shall remain posted for next 30 days.
