Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with facility representative Teresa Cortes to conduct a case management inspection for a capacity increase. Facility has requested a room change and capacity decrease. No children were present during the inspection. The Jr.-K room will no longer be licensed for used for the preschool license and will be used for the school age program. The classrooms previously used for the school age program room will no longer be used. The Jr.-K room was previously measured to be 518.8661 sq. ft. This will accommodate the request for 14 school age children. LPA observed age appropriate equipment and furniture. A toilet and sink was observed with a curtain for privacy. A fire clearance was granted on 12/29/2025. Effective today, the facility\342\200\231s request for a room change and capacity decrease is approved. An exit interview was conducted and this report was reviewed with facility representative Teresa Cortes. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days.
