Facility-requested visit·September 9, 2025

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with licensing representative Emily Rattenne for the purpose of a room addition. Facility request to add the Ridgeview Elementary Library to their licensed rooms, while the capacity will remain at 60. No children were present at the time of inspection. LPA conducted a health and safety evaluation of the library. LPA observed age appropriate furniture and equipment. First aid supplies and storage space were observed. Additional storage was observed. Facility plans to a rolling cart for additional storage as well. A approved fire clearance was granted for 60 children at a time in the library was granted on 09/08/2025. Effective today 09/09/2025, facility is licensed for rooms 504 (on the Oakhills Elementary campus) the library, and gymnasium when it is available to them. Facility has a plan in place to be able to house children when the gymnasium is not available. Facility operates Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 3:30 pm- 6pm; Wednesdays 2:20 pm - 6 pm; and predetermined minimum days from 12:35 pm - 6 pm. Facility will only use room 504 from 4:45 pm - 6 pm, when the Oakhills program is not using the room. Exit interview was conducted and the report was reviewed with licensing representative Emily Rattenne. LPA provided a Notice of Site Visit that must remain posted for 30 days.
