(a)The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs.(1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time... Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement was not met as facility self-reported through an Unusual Incident Report that child C1 was outside alone on the fenced playground for approximately 1-1.5 minutes on 04/21/2025. This is considered an immediate threat to the health and safety of children in care.
