What the inspector wrote

On 3/14/24 @ 1:10pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Erica Laird conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of inspecting the new playground equipment. LPA Laird met with site supervisor Casey Nunn. LPA Laird toured the play yard and inspected the new play structure. The play structure is age appropriate for the children in care. At the time of inspection, there was no cushion to absorb falls. The playground will be cushioned with wood chips and will be placed weather permitting. LPA Laird measured the play yard with the new structure. The play yard measured for a capacity of 61 children. LPA Laird informed Casey Nunn that the play yard is approved pending the placement of wood chips. The facility shall provided pictures of the wood chips to CCL prior to use of the play yard. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days. This report was reviewed with Casey Nunn.
