Since that day, the facility has relocated the children that were in the classroom to another classroom. This allows that kitchen to be utilized for use. LPA verified that the kitchen containing a stove, oven, toaster, and refrigerator are in working order. Thus, due to staff interview, and LPA observation, the allegation was found to be Unsubstantiated. A finding of Unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. An exit interview was conducted where a copy of this report was reviewed along with copies of the LIC9099C, and Appeal Rights were provided. A Notice of Site Visit was also provided and must be posted for 30 days.
