Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above where S1 was found to not have a current Mandated Reporter certificate. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Reporting Requirements: (d) Upon the occurrence, during the operation of the child care.. in (d)(1) below, a report shall be made to the Department.. working day and during its normal business hours. This requirement was not being met as evidenced by: Based on interview, and LPA observation, the air conditioning to the Blue and Teal rooms was not functioning. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
