Facility-requested visit·September 16, 2022

On September 16, 2022 at 10:05 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Ana Noble and Lorena Valenzuela arrived at the facility to conduct an inspection for an increase in capacity from 35 children to a NEW requested capacity of 40 children. LPA's measured the preschool areas Room #2144 (Currently licensed 2150). LPA's also inspected and measured the preschool playground area. Measurements were taken and the following was determined: Indoor Activity Areas - Preschool Room #2144 (Currently licensed Preschool Room 2150) . LPAs have determined that there is sufficient space to accommodate 40 children. Outdoor Activity Area - Preschool Playground LPAs have determined that there is sufficient space to accommodate the above capacity. Bathroom Fixtures 3 toilets x 15 = 45 children 4 sinks x 15 = 60 children (1 additional sink and toilet is located outside by the playground area) Limiting factor for Preschool Program capacity is requested capacity of 40 Children. The Fire Clearance was granted on 9/7/2022. Preschool capacity is limited to 40 children. A waiver for shared outdoor restroom and playground will be submitted. Once approved the license will be submitted for approval for a total of 40 children. An exit interview was conducted, appeal rights were discussed and a copy of this report was provided to Site Supervisor - Nancy Macias. A notice of site visit was also provided and must remain posted for 30 days .
