On March 16, 2022 at 11:38 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA\342\200\231s) Anastasia Flores and James Wilkerson arrived and were greeted by Community Christian Preschool Director, Lisa Swenson. LPA\342\200\231s informed Ms. Swenson the reason for the visit and to schedule an office conference with Community Care Licensing (CCL). LPA\342\200\231s observed the Notice of Site Visit posted visible for parents to see, communicated with Ms. Swenson about other forms that are necessary to be posted. LPA\342\200\231s were informed the emergency disaster forms were posted in each classroom but unsure as to why the facility sketch was necessary. LPA Flores will email Ms. Swenson a link to CCL and the guidelines to keep the facility in compliance and scheduled a tentative date to come in for an office conference at the Riverside office. Report was explained and handed to Ms. Swenson on 3/16/22.
