What the inspector wrote

Through the facility\342\200\231s investigation it was revealed the child who walked into the restroom did knock but did not hear a response from the child inside which prompted the child on the outside to walk in but immediately stopped up on noticing the child in the restroom. During the course of the investigation the Department received conflicting statements from pertinent parties. Furthermore, the Department did not receive any Incident Reports from the facility, medical documentation, or photographs of the reported injuries. This agency has investigated the complaint regarding the above allegation. Based on the interviews conducted with pertinent parties the Department is unable to determine whether the child was bullied and touched inappropriately or not, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. A finding of unsubstantiated means, although the allegations may have happened, or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove the allegations occurred. No deficiencies cited during this inspection. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Carla Reyes, Director.
