Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On the day of the alleged incident, interview with a witness revealed that S1 did not invite them in after S1 came to the door, S1 simply left the door open. The witness entered after S1 returned with their child. Interview with S1 revealed that parents are never turned away, or not allowed to enter the day care, at any time. Based on interviews conducted, the allegation was found to be Unsubstantiated. A finding of UNSUBSTANTIATED means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. An exit interview was conducted where a copy of this report was provided along with a copy of the LIC811, and Appeal Rights. A Notice of Site visit was given, and the Licensee understands that it must remain posted for 30 days.
