Upon entering the home and during LPA's visit at the home, LPA did not observe/smell any soiled diapers from the children who were present. There is no evidence to support that daycare child is left soiled while in care, and LPA could not corroborate the allegation with a preponderance of evidence. Therefore, based on the evidence collected, the allegation that daycare child (C1) is left soiled while in care is UNSUBSTANTIATED . An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with the Licensee, Veronica Campobasso and a copy was provided. Appeal rights were discussed and provided during the exit interview. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
