Correction check·December 2, 2025

On 12/02/2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Sumayya Habeebulla arrived unannounced to conduct a Plan of Correction (POC) visit to follow up on the Type B violations that were cited during the annual visit conducted on 11/04/2025. Present during the visit was Licensee, and three childcare children. During the visit, LPA obtained the following corrections: \302\267 Licensee provided a statement stating that Licensee will ensure that staff clearance documents are present on file prior to them working at the childcare. \302\267 Licensee provided the completed LIC 627 for C1. LPA assisted Licensee to email LIC 9182 for the staff that was present during the annual inspection conducted on 11/04/2025. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee, Mashelle Anderson, and a copy of this report and notice of site visit was provided to licensee on this date. A copy of this report must be made available to the public for 3 years.
