What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) James Wilkerson and William Chancellor arrived at this facility to conclude an investigation into the above allegations. The investigation was initiated on 09/22/22 and extended at that time. LPAs arrived at this facility to deliver the finding on the above allegations based the investigation conducted by Investigator Marlon Williams. A census was taken and the facility was toured. Community Care Licensing received information that a child had received an injury that warranted addtional investigation by the Investigative branch of CCL. The investigation did not produce a preponderance of evidence to support the above allegations. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove physical abuse of a child while in the care of KinderCare Murrieta. Therefore, at this time, the allegations of physical abuse is Unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted, appeal rights discussed and provided, a Notice of Site Visit was posted and a copy of this report was provided to Ms. Flores on this date.
