Confidential interviews disclose that staff in the pre-k room are instructed to tell the children to lay back down and go to sleep. Interview with the director, denied telling the staff to have the child lay back down and hold it. Confidential interviews denied ever being told to make the children lie back down and hold it. It was reported that staff notified parents of one child that due to so many bathroom accidents the child needed to be placed in the potty-training room. Confidential interviews denied the allegation, stating it was a suggestion, not requirement, the child was new to the program and has adjusted to the program. Interview with director denied allegation of telling parents they have to move their child to another classroom, stating it is something that they work on together with parents. Based on interviews, the allegations that children were not allowed to use the bathroom due to insufficient staffing, children are not accorded dignity in their personal relationships with staff and others, and staff provided false incident reports to child's authorized representative may have occurred, however is not supported, or proven by evidence.
