What the inspector wrote

Interviews revealed the facility reviewed video footage taken on 04/19/2023 and did not see C1 being bitten, however, there were areas in the classroom and outdoor area not in the camera view. Based on interviews and records review, the allegation that infant sustained multiples bites while in care, may have occurred, however is not supported or proven by evidence. Therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated at this time. An exit interview was conducted, copy of the report was provided to Jennifer Nate . The Notice of Site Visit was posted by the facility representative prior to LPA leaving the facility and was reminded this notice must be posted for 30 days.
