Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Due to conflicting statements and lack of corroborating evidence, LPA was unable to substantiate the allegation that staff engaged in an inappropriate altercation in the presence of children. While the incident may have occurred, it is not supported or proven by the available evidence. Therefore, the allegation is deemed unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of the report, appeal rights, and a Notice of Site Visit were provided to the Assistant Director. The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 consecutive days in a location clearly visible to families and caregivers.
