On November 2, 2023, a non-compliance conference was held at the Riverside Child Care Office. Present during the conference were Regional Manager, Stephanie Hudak, Licensing Program Manager Pauline Beschorner, Licensing Program Analyst Jessica Rubio, Regional Director Sandra Freni, Center Director Tara Martinez and Program Development Specialist from Riverside County Office of Education Rosamarie Rodriguez. The following items were discussed: Personal Rights, Staff and Children Records, Qualifications, Ratio, Supervision, and Parent’s Rights. Licensee understands that the center will be placed on a compliance plan for a period of two years, which includes unannounced required visits by the department. If the department determines that the licensee has violated the law or regulations it may refer the facility for revocation or other appropriate administrative action. This report was reviewed with and given to the Director Tara Martinez.
