What the inspector wrote

On July 30, 2024, at 2:30PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anastasia Flores, obtained proof of corrections necessary for LIC9111, Non Compliance Conference held on 11/02/2023. LPA obtained records and communicated with Director in regard to Non-compliance conference scheduled for 7/31/24 at 11:00AM. Director was unaware of the meeting, stated she will be present. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was handed to Director, Tara Martinez.
