What the inspector wrote

On Friday, July 18, 2025 at approximately 08:08 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jesse Gardner conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection to follow-up on an Unusual Incident Report (UIR) submitted to Community Care Licensing CCL on July 15, 2025. LPA met with Assistant Director Shandra Gonzalez. LPA interviewed 2 Staff (Staff Two - S2, and Staff Three - S3), Assistant Director Shandra Gonzalez, and Director Jesenia Garcia Macias. On July 15, 2025, CCL received information via UIR that on July 11, 2025, Staff One (S1) had been witnessed by other staff asleep as they held babies in their arms. Also, S1 had been observed kissing babies. In addition, the incident was reported to CCL in a timely manner. Record review also confirmed that the CCC was operating within proper staff to child ratios. Based on information gathered, the CCC is handling the incident internally, and a citation was not issued at the conclusion of the visit. Nothing further needed at this time. An exit interview was held with Director Jesenia Garcia Macias where a copy of this report was issued along with the Notice of Site visit. This report shall be public record for three years.
