Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. In touring the home, LPA observed toothpaste in the bathroom assigned to the children, also in the backyard cans of Raid (insecticide), gardening tools with sharp edges, floor cleaners, gasoline can, amongst other items. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. In touring the backyard, LPA observed a spa/jacuzzi with a cover that was not latched or locked. Also, it was surrounded by a wrought iron fence that had sections with different heights, that did not meet Title 22 regulations. The door/gate did not swing away from the spa/jacuzzi nor did it self lock. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
