On the above date and time, Licensee Program Analyst (LPA) Susan Brewer, arrived for the purpose of conducting an inspection to verify Plan of Corrections issued on 03/11/2026 and due on 04/10/2026. The LPA was greeted by licensee Juana Velasco, and granted entry to tour the facility inside and out. The LPA took a census of 7 children in care. Present was 1 adult resident. The following was observed and/or discussed. Type B Violations cleared on today's date. Health & Safety (Pool): 1596.814(a)(1)(B)(ii)(I), 1596.814(a)(2)(A), 1596.814(a)(2)(B); 1596.814(a)(3) Mandated Reporter Training: 1596.8662(b)(1); Personnel Records: 102416.1(d); 1597.622(a)(1); Children's records: 102418(g), 102417(g)(7); 102419(d)(1); Safe Sleep: 102425(c); 102425(j)(2)(D)(c) Guns or weapons are present as stated by the Licensee. Licensee understands all guns, weapons and ammunition must be key locked separately and made inaccessible per Title 22 regulations. There are bodies of water during this visit Licensee understands all bodies of water must be properly covered or fenced per Title 22 regulations. The Department must be notified before and after installation of the above types of water bodies. Licensee has/has not implemented required pool safety in accordance with PIN 25-01-CCP. During the exit interview, the Licensee Juana Velasco, confirmed that there are no Registered Sex Offenders living in the facility and LPA completed the RSO profile in FAS. No deficiencies issued on today's date. No civil penalties issued on today's date. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
