On 12/20/2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Sumayya Habeebulla arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit to verify the pool wrought fence measurements that were noted during the annual visit conducted on 10/08/2025. Present during the visit were Licensee, spouse, and two children. Licensee stated they only have their grand children enrolled at the facility. During the visit, LPA inspected the in-ground pool area, and the following were observed and discussed. Pool fence located on the left side of the pool gate is mounted on a retaining and the wrought iron fence previously measured at 45.5 inches. On today\342\200\231s visit LPA measured the new wrought iron fence mounted on the retaining wall and it measures at 5 feet. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee, Angelica Covarrubias, and a copy of this report was provided to the applicant on this date. A copy of this report must be made available to the public for 3 years.
