Annual inspection of childcare facility identified multiple deficiencies including incomplete staff files, improper medication storage, hazardous items not safely stored, and food preparation issues. Facility in compliance except as noted on LIC809D.

Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health and Safety risk to the children in care. During the staff file review the LPA was unable to review a current Mandated Reporter certificate for S1 and S2.

Based on the observation, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential health risk to the children in care. During the facility tour the LPA observed cleaning supplies in the classroom lower cabinets that were accessible to children in care. At the time of the tour the children were outside on the playground making the risk a potential.
